Folorunsho! I know plenty of other agents with clients who are interested in airbnb properties! If you'd like to search specifically for this type of property, you'll be looking for properties with the vacation rental value selected as "yes" in matrix! The only thing to keep in mind is that many agents are not necessarily informed on whether or not their listing can or can't actually be used as a short term or vacation rental. Therefore, it'd be best for you to simply look for good deals in areas where short term rentals are hot and acceptable to deed restrictions/ HOA rules. Hope this helps!
