Firstly, if you are referring to a notification informing you of new listings in general, you could add yourself to a property search through MLS with the criteria you have given included. If you are referring to a single listing, then you could heart it and it will automatically notify you of any updates on the property. I hope this helps.

If you are using the mobile app to search homes and you would like to be kept abreast of any status changes to a specific home, simply select the property and then click on the heart symbol at the top of the listing! This will allow you to add this listing to your favorites and receive notifications about it! You could also employ a real estate agent to keep you updated on any given listing!
