As other realtors mentioned, you are getting a service if renting through a realtor. Realtors can post it on HAR from where many sites take their data, can help you scan through tenants, help with background check if a new landlord, help with a lease contract, and guide you through step by step process.

There are several options available for you and you can certainly try to find a tenant for yourself. Of course, I’d love to earn your business- (225)328-2184

Examples include Zillow, Trulia, Craigslist, and Apartments.com. Social media: You can also use social media platforms like Facebook and Twitter to advertise your rental property to your network of friends and followers. You can create a post with details about your property and share it with your network. Local newspapers and classifieds: Some local newspapers and classifieds may also allow you to post rental listings for a fee. For rent signs: Placing a "For Rent" sign in front of your property can also attract potential tenants who are driving or walking by. When posting your rental listing, make sure to include all relevant details such as the location, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, monthly rent, move-in requirements, and any special features or amenities. You should also include clear photos of the property to give potential tenants a better idea of what to expect.

Of few of us also assist with property management and have quite a few resources for you. Let me know if you still have some questions. Always here to help!
