How to pull up by specific school

How do you pull up a listing by specific elementary, or high school - not just by city, county, or school district?

Most listings have the school district not the school. You can search by zipcode but I recommend verifying the school once you find a home you like. Some agents list the schools but it is not required.

Another option is going to the specific school district and looking up the zoning for a particular school. Once you have that map, you can concentrate on those areas. You can also use the HAR map tool to isolate a specific region and search within.

As a consumer you can go to the HAR.com school locater area and type in the school name. If you don't know the school name you can type in an address in the area you are looking in and what schools are assigned in that area will come up.

Just like Holly said you need a Realtor to look it up for you. If you are looking in the Sugar Land area I am very familiar with the different schools there, feel free to contact me if that's the case I would be happy to help

Your Realtor can up an individual school search, but just remember it's possible to miss property when searching by school. If you don't have a Realtor, I'd be happy to up a search for you. Good Luck!
