What are the most important HAR tools a new realtor should focus on first?

Traci, CONGRATULATIONS on getting your license! I am glad to see you putting yourself out there and asking questions so quickly; an eagerness to learn and grow will get you far! For me, the most important thing to learn now is use of the MLS (Tempo and Fusion). I highly recommend you take the "basics" courses to both at HAR. You will use these systems daily in your business, so it is imperative you are an expert at them. Make sure your profile/site is properly set up with a professional picture, proper broker name, a professional BIO (please make a BIO, I promise it helps), best email, best phone number, and everything else that goes along with your profile. People WILL be viewing your profile, so especially as a new agent, your profile needs to give those viewers a clear view of you as a professional and as a person that can help and wants to help. You can take advantage of the Client Experience Rating by turning this feature on and allowing everyone to see reviews from past clients! With so many consumers being computer savvy these days, reviews are often sought out. I have seen agents be chosen solely because they had the review system up while another agent did not. Participation here in the Real Estate Community is great! It helps you learn, allows you to help others, keeps you relevant, and gives you a possible chance to capture leads.
