I don’t leave reviews often however when I do it is needed. First my sincere appreciation to Juliana and maintenance Ezequiel for striving to maintain a comfortable community to live. Roselyn is the newest addition and has shown her willingness to step in and step up! A perfect addition! I transitioned from a “sister” property and have been quite comfortable. Roselyn is the newest addition and has shown her willingness to step in and step up! A perfect addition! I transitioned from a “sister” property and have been quite comfortable. In reading the most recent reviews, I’m a bit perplexed. Unfortunately the negativity has been directed to the wrong individuals. Receiving refund from move out is not responsibility of leasing office. Refunds come from property owner/management company. Maintenance requests have been completed within a timely manner unless there is work to be finished by a third party or waiting for parts. I have to agree that I have experienced issue with calling the office, however Juliana has also provided notice that contact via email is an easier way to communicate. I have to agree as that is how I contact the office. Remember there was one person available. Living at The Preston since 2024. Nothing is perfect however communication and patience makes a world of a difference! Ms Deborah

For the price of the apartments, you can't expect luxury from a place like this. And we didn't. But we did expect the apartment managers to give us back our security deposit and the amount that they over-charged us for our last month of rent. That's $800 they stole from us and with constant calls and emails all year long, they have deflected and ignored us. Legally they are required to give security deposit back within a month. Its been 9. So if you want to not lose a months worth of rent for n...

Juliana is nice and will give anyone a chance here.but she lack in getting work orders done, taking charges off ppl account,and order supplies for maintenance to do his job. Nancy would be a good fit for that property. She knows her job. Hope you keep Nancy 🩵

I've lived here since 2018 and it has been constant pain on top of pain on top of pain. I've had my AC go out no less than 4 times, with almost a week of repair waiting in between. In Texas. In the summer. I had to sue the complex to get functional mailboxes again (to the remaining tenants you're welcome, that was all me). Stairs have collapsed multiple times. Pest control never comes even when you do request it. There is never anyone in the office, if there is someone there you have to bang ...

In the summer. I had to sue the complex to get functional mailboxes again (to the remaining tenants you're welcome, that was all me). Stairs have collapsed multiple times. Pest control never comes even when you do request it. There is never anyone in the office, if there is someone there you have to bang on the door to get them to show up and unlock it. No one ever answers the phones, no one ever fixes anything until you start to complain. They consistently have let the dumpsters overflow instead of just paying the company to come and grab the trash. The foundation is shifting in buildings, and everything leaks. No matter how much you try there are hundreds of roaches, some even living in the ovens. Yes, it's cheap but at what cost? I have to email the district manager to get anything done, I had to email him to be able to give my 60-day notice because no one is ever here. I'll be emailing him again because I can't get a hold of anyone and my hallway is flooding from an AC leak. I'll probably email again after that because it's been almost a year since I did a referral and I still haven't got the credit (the only reason I did it is because the friend was HOMELESS) and this place is slightly above living in an extended stay motel. Stay away at all costs. Worst place I've ever lived.

I just want to write an amazing review for the leasing and property manager Juliana, I came in having bad credit and thinking that no one could help me, Juliana reassured me that she would help me, not only was she sweet amazing and accommodating, she actually came in an hour early to help me because of my work schedule I need it to be there earlier than opening She made process effortless, within 2 hours I was approved!! I would recommend this complex and Juliana to anybody looking for an apar...
