I have reviewed the HAR information on all the designations that are available.\n\nQuestions : \n1) Is HAR the cheapest route as far as cost for the courses required? \n2. electives ( can you take any course or a only from the list if it’s provided?)\n3. Best way to cross link these courses for other designations? Meaning some of these courses are or could be used as elective for another designation.\n\n*** appreciate your time and responses ***

I love the classes with HAR. I am in the Dallas area but have made the drive down to take their classes prior to Covid. Not sure if it\'s the teaching style or the questions/input from other realtors in class but I feel I got more from the classes I took at HAR vs my association. Price-wise the classes I took with HAR were less than with my own association. I don\'t factor in gas because I use the trip as an excuse to visit my parents in.

Is it 18 HR CE or 98 SAE?

I looked up and your first renewal is coming up so just an FYI that except for this year, the rule for Texas CE is 18 hours plus legal 1 and 2. The link for the current requirements is: https://www.trec.texas.gov/renew-license/real-estate-sales-agent\n\nYou need 90 SAE and the 3 GRI covered that while giving you that designation but if you haven\'t gone that route you will not have time to get that done. Legal 1 and 2, NAR ethics and HAR orientation are also required during first 2 year period.

Hello fellows,\nIf mortgage is paid off, will it be noted on tax record? I can see some mortgage lien under 360 history tab of a listing. How do I know if the lien was paid off or not?\nThanks

Wouldn’t the title company during their records search alert the new buyers of such findings of liens ? Curious … great question.

Matt and his team were wonderful to work with from start to finish. The entire process went smoothly and everything stayed right on schedule, which made selling our home much less stressful than we expected. Matt was always friendly, professional, and very easy to reach whenever we had questions. We really appreciated how responsive and supportive he was throughout the whole process.
