She really does prioritize what we were looking and does a great job staying on top of sellers agents who are more or less responsive. She also gives realistic advise on what you can and cannot expect at different relative listing prices and from different sorts of sellers estates, individuals, corporations, etc . We bought a house from Blackstone, a asset manager with over 1 trillion of AUM - they were terribly bureaucratic and difficult to work with, but Phoebe really stayed on top of things to take the deal to the finish line ”
