Phillip R. Ward is part of the fifth generation to be raised in agriculture on the 7UP Ranch in beautiful NW Brazoria County. Growing up in this rural environment peaked his interests in both the cattle and real estate markets that are ever changing and evolving with progress. Moving forward to better serve clients, he formed Seven Up Realty Group with his wife Kristy, headquartered on the border of the Brazoria/Fort Bend County line, to meet needs of the readily expanding area they call home. Seven Up Realty Group strives to provide sincere professional service across the industry, holding valuable years of knowledge in farm & ranch, residential, and commercial real estate. Phillip and his wife Kristy are raising the sixth generation on the 7UP Ranch, instilling responsible stewardship for the land while embracing future progress that is now. Phillip cherishes the time he spends with his wife, their three sons, daughter-in-law, and newest edition to the family his granddaughter! He has passed his two greatest passions to his son's, ranching and baseball, which he loves getting to share with them daily. When not travelling to baseball diamonds (or football fields) with his son's, Phillip continues his 16+ years of coaching youth baseball in the community and is the active Little League President in his hometown of Damon, while maintaining his membership with the Texas & Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association.
