Phillip Mallet is a Broker from Houston that has worked in the Houston Real Estate Industry for nearly two decades in almost all aspects of real estate market. From representing renters, to developing neighborhoods, overseeing millions in renovation projects, to farm and ranch acquisition and development. Phillip has experience in everything from small to large. With intimate knowledge of the gulf coast farm and ranch market to the marketing/sales of properties in Memorial, Spring Branch Tanglewood, Briargrove, West University Place, Montrose/Museum, Bellaire, River Oaks, Briargrove Park and Walnut Bend just to name a few. After graduating from St. Thomas High School, he earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Texas. He is the owner and Broker of Wise Realty. As a native Houstonian, his extensive market knowledge is complemented by appreciating the individual needs of each client and making those needs his priority. He is the member of Houston Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and National Association Realtors.
