“The house that I was selling was my mom's after she passed away. The house was 66 years old and in need of repairs, was a wood frame with original plumbing and electrical. He treated me just as if it was a million dollar house. We sold it as is and he was always available to meet any contractors for prices (hurricane hit one week after listing and roof needed to be replaced after the storm). Very pleased with his services.”
