A Senior Labor Relations Specialist with the world's largest pilots' union for the past 25 years, Philip is well practiced in negotiating, mediating, and representing pilots in negotiations regarding collective bargaining, as well as in disciplinary and grievance hearings, and has acquired invaluable negotiation skills and business knowledge. He has also learned the importance of structure, diplomacy, professionalism and drive, all of which he incorporates into his very successful real estate career.

Philip has been a resident of The Woodlands for the last 25 years, which gives him intimate knowledge of the community and its many amenities.
His move to The Woodlands was precipitated by his marriage to his lovely wife, Missy, a local Dentist who has been a resident of The Woodlands herself for over 45 years. They have two daughters and are members of The Woodlands United Methodist Church.
