Phil owned a custom home building company for 7 years, so it's no surprise that he's a new home specialist. He built beautiful homes that were known for quality, functional layouts, style, innovative building techniques, and energy efficiency. Phil was recognized for his work as well as his leadership, as president of the local and district homebuilder's association.

Conscientious and level-headed, Phil pairs his construction knowledge with attention to detail to make sure his clients are getting the best value possible. He says, "I love new homes and staying on top of the trends, and I'm excited to share my experiences and knowledge with new home buyers."

When Phil decided to leave Sudbury, Ontario, Canada, he could have relocated anywhere in North America, but he picked Fort Bend because he believes in the present and future of the area. Phil, his wife, Kimberly, and their children love the warm Houston weather and their Sienna neighborhood. As a Realtor, Phil hopes to help many other families make a similar transition.
