This is a great community with a nice mix of custom homes and large wooded lots. It feels private and peaceful, but still has quick access to Lake Conroe and The Woodlands. Definitely a neighborhood that stands out in the Montgomery area.
I’ve been really impressed with Grand Lake Estates. The homes are unique, the lots are spacious, and the neighborhood has a quiet, welcoming feel. It’s one of those communities I’d recommend to anyone looking in Montgomery.
