About Penny Henske

Penny was born and raised in Eagle Lake, Colorado County and has lived here all of my life. Living in a small town makes you really know people and also the land that makes this area. Her passion has always been real estate whether it was when she worked for a Mortgage Company in the construction lending department with new home builders or just riding out on a piece of property loving the fresh air and scenery. Life does not get any better than that. Penny has been a real estate agent for 18 years and truly likes to explain to the buyer or seller understand what the process is from listing /or buying the property to each step along the way to the signing at closing. If there is ever a question that you do not understand, your agent is the one who you need to feel most comfortable with asking them to explain as there is no question too small. Buying a property is one of the most important steps in someone's life and the buyer should feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Penny is active in her church and also in her family activities. She is also loves animals from her dog, cat, horses and cattle.
