As Managing Broker and Co-Owner of Adila Realty, I oversee 10+ agents, manage brokerage operations and compliance, and have supported more than $15M in annual transaction volume. Previously, as Operations Manager at Adila Group, I managed operations across 5+ business areas and supported a team of 40+ employees, helping resolve operational challenges, improve communication, and restore profitability and stability. What motivates me most is learning how businesses work as a whole and finding ways to make them better. I enjoy environments where I can take ownership, work across functions, solve unfamiliar problems, and see the impact of my decisions. I am currently seeking management leadership development programs and MBA internship opportunities where I can broaden my functional experience, develop as a general manager, and learn from high-performing organizations.
