“Peggy is the SUPERB agent. I was looking for an apt or condo in certain neighborhoods within Houston. Peggy took me to three neighborhoods precisely in the areas I preferred. We saw some appealing properties that afternoon. On a different afternoon Peggy took me to see two more properties, both were condos. I was thrilled by both and chose one, a 2Br 2 1 2BA unit right across the street from a large YMCA. Peggy is a GREAT listener and has a wealth of knowledge about rentals and homes available in Houston, both inside and outside the loop, I-610. I found my next home in Houston. “As a first time home buyer and in a “seller’s market” I expected this process to be long and time consuming. It was the opposite. Peggy knew all the questions to ask for what I wanted in a home. Even though we looked at a lot of properties online we were able to weed down the list of potentials and only saw 6 houses in person before putting in an offer. I closed in a little over 30 days from when we first saw the house. Peggy was there was there to walk me through the process from start to finish. I know for a fact that I would not have this house today if it weren’t for Peggy. ”
