I have been a licensed Texas real estate agent in the Houston area since 1981 that's 40+ years!!! that is a lot of deals, a lot of homes, and retail properties that I have been involved with. I bring a tremendous amount of experience to the table in every real estate transaction. Real estate is in my blood, passed down from my grandfathers, to my parents and then to me. A wealth of experience as an agent is the difference from you being frustrated, pissed off and wondering why didn't you get the chance to buy that house. These days apparently if an agent doesn't have an answer for you either way they choose to hide out by ignoring your calls, your texts and even emails. They simply ghost you until they know something. Why waste your time with one of these types who is probably learning how to do real estate on your transaction, at your expense. Today's low inventory on homes makes it really tough for buyers to compete to win a multiple offer situation. The market dictates that you hire an agent that knows the market and is going cover every angle of your acquisition. Of course I have a few Rockstar maneuvers and strategies that can put you the buyer in the position to actually buy the home that you want to make your dream home. There are many things that can't be anticipated by a newish real estate agent who hasn't been been at this for a long time. I came aboard with Coldwell Banker Realty in 2019. It is my second tour of duty with CB (last time was the late 90's through early 2000's) Today's real estate market reminds me of the excitement that I first experienced 40 years ago when entering the Houston real estate market. “For the majority of us, a home purchase is the single biggest investment we will ever make.
