This is more of a testimony than a review might I add first. Let me start by saying that my spouse and I were told “no” even when we had everything that was needed and more. Can you believe this mess??!!! We just knew that wasn’t true. We had been through the house buying cycle for over a year before we were referred to Realty Kings. When it took us less than 3 months to turn our dream into a reality with Realty Kings. Mr. King is absolutely the man he says he is, his team is PHENOMENAL! I swear they work 24/7 with no sleep it seems because no matter the time of day they are working to make sure your dream comes true. This is NOT a gimmick, if you are truly ready, don’t wait, go see Mr. King and Realty Kings and if you’re not sure STILL go see him so he can guide you on your next steps! I promise you won’t regret it. Thank you Realty Kings for putting US first and making our dream come true as homeowners! We are forever grateful and will forever shout you out because after all was said and done, YOU said YES, we can be homeowners and that you made a reality!

Patrick, Yolonda, and Angela have been with us every step of the way! Patrick educates and mentors you through the home buying process which provides an invaluable learning experience as you purchase or sell a home. We are so grateful for their knowledge and the relationships we have built with them. They truly care about their clients and are wonderful people. There aren't enough great things to say about the fabulous folks at Realty Kings Properties! They were such a blessing to me during my home buying experience and I am very thankful to have had them in my corner as a first time homebuyer. I was introduced to Patrick by a great friend and former co-worker. From the very first conversation that I had with Patrick, I knew instantly that Realty Kings Properties were the real estate agents that I wanted to work with. For all new clients, Patrick has a class that he asks us all to take with him where we go over all of the home buying 101 things that new future homeowners need to know. One of the greatest things about Patrick is that he has a wealth of knowledge and is eager and willing to share that knowledge with his clients. The reason he is so willing to share that information is because he wants his clients to be able to make decisions based on the information and not emotion. When I was ready to begin looking at homes, he paired me with an amazing Listing Agent, Angela Mendoza, who is one of the most patient and hard working people that I've ever met. Angie and I must have looked at over 100 homes during the course of my year long search. With every home that we looked at she was encouraging and honest about where the market was and if she thought the house was a good fit. During our time together we got to a point where Angie knew before we even finished touring a home whether this was, as she called it, a "Kelsie House". That meant the world to me because it showed me that Angie really knew and understood what I was looking for in a home. The other team members at Realty King Properties, including Debra, Stephanie and Yolanda, were an integral part of the process as well. They were always quick to get me CMAs, they were encouraging whenever a deal fell through and they were just as excited as I was when I finally found a home that I knew I could make my own. Closing day was one of the best days of my life and true to form, Patrick was there, still depositing little nuggets of knowledge for me to hold on to as I embarked on my new journey. I literally picked THE WORST time to try to find a house, but this terrible market was no match for the professionalism and exceptionality of Realty Kings Properties! They stuck with me and my incredibly high standards and worked with me until I found what I was looking for. I am forever grateful for these amazing people and I am going to tell everyone that I know who's looking to buy, refinance or sell home that Realty King Properties is where they want to be. Thank you all so much!
