“Patrick Dewlen was amazing I originally tried looking for rental homes on my own and many of the realtors were extremely rude. My mom suggested re max because that s how she found her rental. I called and reception linked me with Patrick. I told him I was in a time crunch and needed to be in a home by the end of the week because of my new job. In the first hour Patrick and I talked about what I liked in a house and what were non negotiable items, he sent a large list of great homes and by the end of the night we had 5 viewings set up for the next day. We ended up finding a cute and affordable rental that checked all our boxes and were able to seamlessly navigate all the tedious paperwork with Patrick s guidance.
