My professional, educational, and personal histories exemplify all of the characteristics needed to help you rest assured that you have made the right decision when you hire me to represent you in your real estate transactions. I have a professional background with experience that demonstrates many of the necessary abilities to lead successful real estate transactions such as: management, hospitality, bookkeeping, logistics, technical support, quality assurance, and data analysis. I graduated from Texas A&M University in College Station with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition. I was born in Canada, raised in Houston, have family roots in both urban and rural Minnesota, graduated from Texas A&M University, and am a single father in College Station. My extensive knowledge of both the Houston and Bryan/College Station marketplaces as well as my ability to quickly and efficiently analyze marketplace data provides me and my clients a competitive edge when it comes to marketing property and negotiating offers. My approach to real estate is a very proactive approach involving talking to as many people as possible in search of buyers and sellers. I utilize as much technology as available in the marketplace, but I do not rely on these methods alone to sell property. Working in real estate full time provides me the opportunity to utilize many of my talents and abilities as well as the opportunity to serve a large variety of people with many different backgrounds.
