Patricia Rotan

A fifth-generation Houstonian, Patricia Rotan has extensive knowledge of, and insight into, the Houston market. After graduating from Memorial High School, Patricia attended The University of Texas at Austin where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies. Through her degree, Patricia acquired a proficiency in communication which she capitalizes on behalf of her clients in all transactional settings.





After graduating in 2017, Patricia returned to Houston where she was the lead assistant for a respected, top-producing agent for three years. In 2020, Patricia went out on her own as an independent agent. During that time, Patricia gained invaluable experience throughout Houston neighborhoods specifically Tanglewood, Briargrove, River Oaks, Memorial, Spring Branch, West University, and Afton Oaks.





Between her engaging personality, attention to detail, and love for her Houston communites, Patricia quickly understands and adheres to her clients' expectations, ensuring the smoothest transaction for all parties involved.
