Patti Romano is a native Houstonian with a deep-rooted understanding of the city's neighboorhoods, lifestyle, and evolving market. With nearly three decades of real estate experience, she brings a rare blend of intuition, strategy, and unwavering client advocacy to every transaction.
After earning her BFA in Vocal Performance from Sam Houston State University, Patti spent time teaching and performing professionally before being introduced to real estate in 1997. What began as an opportunity quickly became a calling.
Since then, Patti has helped hundreds of clients-from local families to international relocations- navigate one of life's biggest decisions with confidence and clarity. Her approach is equal parts knowledgeable, responsive, and relationship-driven, with a reputation built on trust, communication, and results.

Outside of real estate, Patti teaches and practices yoga, a discipline that reflects her belief in balance, focus, and resilience----qualities she brings into every client relationship and negotiation.

Patti enjoys an active and fulfilling life-playing on a pickleball team with her husband Bob in The Woodlands, traveling, cooking, reading, spending time with dear friends and family, and loving on her pups, Cosmo and Coco. She believes the best way to make this world a better place is by giving of yourself to others- and brings that same heart and generosity into everything she does.
