Patricia Garrison
Patti Garrison has been honored as a member of the Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty Circle of Excellence every year since 1997 and is a member of the Hall of Fame. Patti's remarkable performance consistently places her among the very best of MTSIR's peak performers, and she has been recognized nine times as one of The Houston Business Journal's "Top 25 Residential Real Estate Agents" based on total sales volume.
For Patti, the greatest hallmark of her success is the continued business she receives from her loyal clients, year after year. Referrals from friends and previous clients, as well as her children's friends who are purchasing their first homes, join new clients gained from Patti's consistent marketing to the neighborhoods she knows best.
Patti's initial foray in to real estate was more than 35 years ago, when she purchased her first home, remodeled the house, and sold it. That home was the first of many, and in the years since, her background in remodeling and new construction has proven invaluable to her clients whether they are purchasing a new home or deciding how to ready a property before putting it on the market.
Patti is a tough negotiator with a keen, analytical mind, but the true cornerstone of her success is her great warmth and deep empathy for her clients. "I love to negotiate, and I work until the deal is done", she says. "That's what my buyers or sellers hire me for, and I will do whatever it takes to make them happy! Because after all, these are not just houses, these are people's homes."
Patti's sales are divided between "inside" and "outside" Loop 610. She sells homes everywhere from Memorial to River Oaks to Galveston and beyond. A native Houstonian, she operates confidently in all neighborhoods and imparts the city's secrets to her clients with a knowledge only an insider possesses.
Patti grew up in the Museum District, West University, and Memorial. She graduated from Memorial High School then attended the University of Texas and the University of North Texas. She is married and enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren.
