Patricia is Texas-born and raised, with a family involved in real estate law and mortgage. Her love of children inspired her to get her Bachelor of Science in Education. She taught multiple grade levels, teachers, and staff. Patricia has utilized her years of real estate experience and taken her education beyond the agent level to become a Broker. She applies her extensive skills of communication, availability, dedication, patience, staging, and invaluable knowledge, with her clients. She understands the importance of discovering their individual preferences and helping them reach their goals. She is there every step of the way to negotiate for her clients, from contract to beyond closing. Patricia has extensive networking groups and certifications, which help promote her listings and stay up to date with the latest area developments. She has worked with buyers, sellers, investors, and commercial properties. Treating her clients like family is a guiding principle and way of life for Patricia and her family. Her children and husband have been known to lend a hand when needed. Although Patricia does not teach students anymore, she does volunteer her time to raise money for scholarships to further their education.
