“Pam s knowledge of all the items I needed to do is impressive. I knew that she had my best interests as a priority. She spent the afternoon after the closing driving me to the POA and the Country Club to complete paperwork. I did not have to navigate these steps on my own which was valuable to me. It was all new. She generously made all the inspection appointments and was on site as I was an out of town buyer. She communicated at every step and made the best suggestions.
