Check all of the criteria boxes to make sure you have not made any errors and then keep the search simple, like subdivision, last 6 months, select ALL instead of just SOLD, and then sift through the ones that come up to refine it to your property.

I live in the Conroe area, and currently have a full time job, but I want something different and have been looking into becoming a Realtor over the past few years. I think I am about to take the jump into it. I hear Champions School is AMAZING, but being that I work full time, I am only able to take the online classes right now. What website is best to sign up for their ONLINE classes. \n\nAlso, Is there any place I can work at after i receive my license that will allow me to only work for them part time and not have to leave my full time job? I understand I would need to leave work for the occasional training. I can afford to work part time doing both Realtor and my current job, but I could not quit my current job right away. I want to take the leap, but I have to take small leaps instead of a giant one. I just cannot go without a paycheck for as long as what first year Realtors do, I cannot afford no paycheck. I also understand that I won\'t make money unless I get out there.....

It\'s wonderful that you\'re considering getting into Real Estate. I also started part-time. Champions is a good school you can give them a call and they\'re always happy to discuss various approaches to completing your training. There are also other school that offer online courses. I am aware that Champions has hosted events that will allow you to network to find the right broker and other connections to help you launch once you\'ve completed your training. It\'s also good to call around to different brokers and visit them to determine a good fit. There are interview questions that will help you as well and there\'s always word of mouth from others who share their experiences. Best of luck!

Hosting open houses is also a great way to generate leads. If you don\'t have listings of your own, reach out to other agents in your brokerage - they\'d likely welcome you to host open houses on their listings..
