Paige Lemus believes clients should feel comfortable asking questions, sharing concerns, and being honest about what they want in a home. As a Realtor® with Platinum 1 Properties, she brings a personal touch to residential real estate throughout Houston and the surrounding areas.
Before becoming a Realtor® in 2023, Paige spent four years in apartment management, helping people with tours, applications, and the many details that come with moving. She enjoyed getting to know the people she helped and became a Realtor® so she could support more clients through finding their next home.
Paige works with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. She takes time to understand what matters to each client, then helps them talk through the positives and negatives of their options. One of her favorite moments is seeing someone walk through a front door and begin to picture their life there.
Moving can be stressful, and Paige wants her clients to know they have someone in their corner. She welcomes calls, texts, and emails, and keeps clients updated in the way that works best for them. She is familiar with Houston’s northwest, west, and south sides.
Outside of real estate, Paige volunteers at animal shelters, retirement homes, and community kitchens. She enjoys cooking and spending time outdoors with her kids.
