“I ve purchased and sold several homes in the past 10 years. My previous experience with realtors was that they were helpful, but I was the primary driver in most of the transactions. Previous realtors weren t willing to list my home for a higher price point, or go into a deal and had the skills or knowledge to be able to negotiate. I had to always provide the value of my home to buyers and I had to give my realtor negotiating points. Buying and selling homes with Novalyn is a COMPLETELY different experience. The first home she helped me purchase I was all of the place with what I wanted, and I was very nervous as it was the first time I was purchasing a home on my own.
