Norka is incredible! Her advice, professionalism and help through our most recent sell have been invaluable. She understands the market and really makes the whole selling process easy. We were able to stage our house, move to the West Coast and leave things in her capable hands without a second thought. She has helped our entire family with several houses (both buying and selling) over the past 5 years and I cannot recommend her enough.

Norka helped us find our ideal home in Pearland. This is our 7th home, and likely to be our retirement home. Norka is very knowledgeable about the area and helped us transition from out-of-state to Texas. With Houston area property taxes being up to 3 times higher than where we were moving from, Norka's guidance helped us find a desirable property having one of the lowest tax rates in the area. We have now been in our Pearland home for over two years, and could not be happier.

We hired Norka during a difficult market. She was awesome and helped us find our new home! Norka goes above and beyond for her clients. She helps find professionals to make sure you are getting great information on the home. Whether it's a pool inspection or the neighborhood is known for foundation issues, Norka has your back. She knows the area and is great with pointing out potential problems that you may have overlooked. I will highly recommend Norka to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. If we ever get transferred for work, she will be our first call to sell our home. Thank you Norka!

We are very lucky and grateful to have Norka as our real estate agent! She helped us find our perfect home when we moved back to Houston! Having Norka as our real estate agent was AMAZING! Prior to meeting Norka, we had gone to many open houses and we had spoken to several real estate agents. Norka was unarguably the BEST real estate agent we came across. Norka is very knowledgeable about the entire home buying process and has very good connections that help you get the best deals for mortgage rates, inspections, and repairs. As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions and Norka was very patient in explaining everything to us. Norka is very honest in her communications and we always felt comfortable expressing our thoughts/concerns to her. Throughout the home buying process, from making a competitive offer to closing on the house we always had Norka by our side. We would HIGHLY recommend Norka for your home buying/selling needs.
