I’m a Navy veteran, and all I wanted after leaving the service was to build a foundation for my future family. That’s why I decided to buy a duplex — something I could take pride in and grow with. Unfortunately, my experience working with Norisha (Nori) Johnson has been extremely disappointing. Once the sale was finalized, communication from Nori completely stopped. Before closing, I was told I’d be added to a group chat with the project manager — that never happened until after I left a negative Google review, and all my follow-up calls and texts went unanswered. During the blue-tape walk, water damage was found and later “corrected” before closing. Since then, I’ve discovered multiple workmanship issues that remain unresolved: incorrectly installed kitchen siding, uneven floors, and a sloppy paint job with specks on the windows and countertops. Although an inspector was used, none of these problems were caught after the patch work, yet they remain clearly visible and documented in photos. After posting my Google review, Nori reached out expressing sympathy and asked me to delete the one-star review in good faith — which I did. We scheduled a meeting at the duplex for Friday, 10/31/2025, at 2:30 PM, and she did not show. I followed up with a detailed text listing the issues, and she rescheduled for Sunday, 11/2/2025, at 5:00 PM — and once again, she did not show. As someone who struggles with anxiety and depression from my time in the military, this entire situation has only added to my stress. I’m not even the type of person to write reviews, but this needed to be said. Missing one appointment after I deleted my review is disappointing; missing two is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. If she’s doing this to me, she can just as easily do it to you. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

Working with Nori and her team was an absolute pleasure from start to finish! They were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. She took the time to really understand what I was looking for and guided me every step of the way, making what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and easy. BEFORE & AFTER (over a year later still helpful) Thanks to her, I not only found the perfect duplex, but I also felt supported and informed the entire time. I would highly recommend Nori to anyone looking to buy or sell a home/duplex. Truly top-notch service!

I was studying and researching the duplex/multifamily market and stumbled on Nori Sold It. I reached out to her through through her application link and she got back with me and scheduled a phone call just to see what my needs were, I told her my goal and her and her team helped me make that happen. Shaquita Pressley was my dedicated realtor and she did an amazing job in helping her just the right duplex, even when I was gonna make dumb mistake about this investment Nori was like you are not doing that don’t lose sight of why you stated this on the first place and she got me back grounded. Even when I wasn’t choosing a builder she directly worked with they still showed up and helped me achieve my goal. At closing they showed out and did it big just the way I imagined closing this deal and achieving this milestone achievement, made my kids and I feel like royalties!! The champagne spray just topped it right off because that’s right up my ally I would recommend to everyone and I will definitely use them again for all my other investments.
