Laura is a great person and agent. She went soooo far and above anything we've ever experienced. We've bought and sold houses several times in the last 15 years and have had pretty good experiences, but after working with Laura I can't imaging working with anyone else. She's very responsive, and more importantly -she's proactive! She helped us buy our dream home, and helped us sell our current home and separate lot, all in the Heights. These were complicated transactions with a ton of moving parts, and all along the way she provided outstanding advice, recommendations, and guidance. She is the kind of person that one minute will help you negotiate a complicated contract issue, and the next minute roll up her sleeves and help you move some furniture before a last minute showing. I really enjoyed working with Catherine to find my first home. I told her the things which were important to me and she came up with a great list. I chose 4 to look at the first weekend and ended up finding my home! She was very helpful in meeting at the places and helping me ask the important questions and think of the important considerations.
