“I don t even know how to put into words how fantastic Noreen is. Selling my house with no easy task as there were no market comps for over three years and it was in a less desirable school district and area. Although it was a beautiful house, it was hard to price it right but Noreen came in with the perfect price. She did in 16 days with a realtor I had for four months could not do. She sold my house for full price She then help me find the perfect rental with my less than desirable financial profile. She is patient. She is great at communication.
