Nolan Nix is the broker of record and President of Home Run Realty, Inc. Mr. Nix has been licensed to practice real estate in Texas since 2006 and as a Florida Broker since 2012. He specializes the majority of his time on the commercial retail investment and manages the day to day operation of his team. He is very selective on the projects he takes on and enjoys complexed properties that require detail that other brokers won’t touch. Mr. Nix is a member of Houston’s Second Baptist Church and he has five brothers and sisters. When not working, he’s spending time with his wife and two young sons.
