We met Nikol in an Open House event when I and my husband, Jason, were looking. The next day, we hired her to find a house for us because she is extremely professional, courteous, and took the time to listen to what we wanted. She is also very patient with my husband's long-must-have list; delightfully, showing us as many houses as we needed to see until we found a house that my husband really liked. I, highly, recommend her if you want to sell your house or if you want to buy one.

I recommend Nikol every chance I get! We worked with her to purchase a new home and then to sell our old one, and she was completely professional, responsive, and informative throughout both transactions. A variety of circumstances with the buyers and buyer's agent made Nikol's job harder than it should've been during the sale of our old house, but she went above and beyond her job description and handled it all so admirably and competently. We're not planning to buy or sell again for a very long time, but if we were I'd do it with Nikol in a heartbeat!
