Thanks to her we found the perfect home for a more than fair price. Her immediate responsiveness, deep market expertise, and extraordinary negotiation skills made what could have been a stressful process feel seamless and even enjoyable. Honestly, there is nothing more a realtor could have done beyond what Nicole did and we have never been more impressed than we were with Nicole. When it was time to put in an offer to our dream home that we indeed got , Nicole informed us they had another offer and needed our offer immediately if we were interested. It was on a Saturday and Nicole worked to get everything done to get our offer in that evening and this was while she was out of town on vacation Nicole s knowledge goes far beyond the basics of home pricing, neighborhood trends, and market timing. She has an exceptional eye for detail and understanding when it comes to inspection reports, construction quality, and potential red flags. In fact, she would point out several things that were noted by the inspector prior to the inspection She took the time to explain every nuance, helping us make informed decisions. For a few homes we were enthusiastic about, Nicole walked us through both the pros and cons, always allowing us to decide, but also saving us from pitfalls with her honesty and expertise. When we needed estimates for work to be done prior to purchase, Nicole coordinated everything, met the contractors, gave us advice on whether the estimates were reasonable and offered advice on how to proceed. For example, on several occasions she noticed something that she recommended we clarify, which often saved us money. In sum, Nicole is the total package and we honestly cannot imagine there is a better realtor than Nicole ”
