Nicki is a Brazoria County native, graduate of Columbia High School. Nicki began her real estate career in 2017 when she moved into a position as a licensed transaction coordinator for a top producing agent. She obtained a wealth of knowledge during her time there before transitioning into a full-time realtor. She has handled hundreds of files from execution to closing, no two alike, giving her a diverse portfolio. Her attention to detail, care for each client and use of organizational systems have helped her be successful and ensure a smooth transaction for her clients. From volunteering and being part of the community and local organizations, she's created a large sphere of friends and affiliates, giving her a wide sphere to market her client's homes to. She looks at other agents as coworkers and seeks to maintain positive relationships with other realtors, lenders and title companies. She is also passionate about emotional healing, and the tools she's gained from her own journey are such an asset in a highly emotionally charged industry. Her ability to remain calm during stressful situations allows her clients and other affiliates in the transaction to be at ease as well. Her motto is "There is a solution to every problem!'
