Born and raised in the Houston area. Married to her high school sweetheart, they enjoy raising their 3 children in Missouri City area. She loves being involved in philanthropic endeavors; traveling, cooking and exploring new things with family and friends.

She believes It is important to best inform her clients of their timing to buy or sell, express realistic goals and value, as well as listen to the needs and wants of her clients.

Nichole has several years' experience in true Custom - Luxury homes construction, medical/dental offices, and small retail outlets. Her own Luxury home started out as one of the worst misfortunes of a build along the way. Despite having to change builders, learning much more about construction than they ever could imagine, she managed to stay positive and creative during a historic 4+ year build, determined to turn it into something beautiful. And her love of design, land development, and all things Real Estate was realized. Being very strong, and an impressive negotiator, Nichole will never stop until the transaction is done.
