Nick joined his wife, Lisa, in real estate in 2008 after gaining valuable experience in the mortgage industry. In 2011, they founded Texas Home Shop Realty, a premier boutique brokerage based in League City. Together with their team, the Bolands have helped thousands of families buy and sell homes throughout League City, Galveston, and surrounding areas over the past two decades.
Nick takes his role as a trusted advisor seriously and believes deeply in real estate as a powerful tool for building long-term wealth. As an active real estate investor himself, he brings practical insight whether he is guiding a first-time homebuyer, assisting an empty nester with downsizing, advising an investor, or supporting clients anywhere in between. His clients can expect clear communication, strong advocacy, and guidance through every step of the process.
Originally from Pennsylvania, Nick attended college in Rhode Island, where he met his wife, Lisa. The couple returned to Lisa’s home state of Texas in 1999 and have called League City home since 2000. Nick is also a devoted husband and proud father of three daughters.
