Nef Harmouche is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker, accountant, developer, and corporate entrepreneur with over 15 years of corporate, financial, and investment experience. As the co-founder and broker of HARRA Real Estate, Nef combines financial expertise, strategic negotiation, and hands-on development experience to help clients successfully navigate residential, commercial, and investment real estate opportunities throughout the Greater Houston area.

A graduate of the University of Houston, Nef earned dual degrees in Accounting and Finance and graduated Magna Cum Laude, building a strong foundation in financial analysis, investment evaluation, and business strategy. As an accountant by profession, he brings a disciplined, numbers-driven approach to real estate, helping clients evaluate opportunities through both a market and financial lens.

Before launching HARRA Real Estate, Nef built a successful career in corporate finance, procurement, and capital project management, overseeing multi-million-dollar projects, negotiating complex contracts, and managing significant investments. His extensive business background provides clients with a unique advantage when structuring transactions, analyzing returns, and identifying opportunities to maximize value.

Beyond traditional brokerage services, Nef is actively involved in real estate development, land acquisitions, new construction, and investment properties. Having participated in the development and sale of numerous homes throughout Houston, he understands every stage of the process—from site selection and project planning to construction, marketing, and disposition.
