Neel Patel's interest in real estate began in 2009, when he started out as an investor buying rental properties during the recession. Neel realized he had strong negotiation skills and a true love for transactions, all of which motivated him to become an agent for himself. Over his two decades as a Pharmacy Manager, Neel has broken sales records, implemented out-of-the-box strategies, and developed a reputation for superior customer service. Neel is a Fort Bend County resident for the past 38 years. He graduated from Clements High School and attended UT Austin before earning his Pharmacy Degree from the University of Houston. When he is not working, Neel enjoys playing basketball with his kids, watching sci-fi movies, and doing yard work. He currently resides in Sienna Plantation with his wife of 20 years and their three children.
