All I had to do is call or text Nedra and she handled it from there. She was able to set proper expectations for me as a first-time homebuyer and guided me to my goal of getting into my new house, which was the end goal. I highly recommend Nedra without any reservations.?My experience began with Nedra sitting down with me-and talking through the home buying process as well as the current realities of the Houston market. I had purchased my previous home in 2006. So I had no clue.Based on my and my daughters input (budget, ideal home, ideal location), Nedra provided ideas on neighborhoods that might fit our wants/needs and what type of home we might expect to find within our budget. To start, we spent days looking in each of the neighborhoods we selected and checking out listings while Nedra spent time talking about the pros/cons of the different things we saw in each house/community. I definitely tested Nedra’s knowledge about local communities and types of homes, and were never disappointed with her responses.?Most important to me,Nedra was always honest with me about what she thought about each property, was always available and helpful, and I always felt that she truly had our best interests at heart. Even now, more than 2 months after closing, she still cheerfully recommends contractors and other service providers when I-contact her looking for suggestions as we complete work on our home.?In the future, if we ever decide to move, I will definitely use Nedra again to both sell our home and find a new one. Although, she found our forever home . She knew my daughter and I would fall in love with the community and would love the model and knew how to negotiate with the sales person and got a great deal for me as a single mom. * ?? ”
