I became a Realtor after moving to East Austin where my wife and I bought a 1920's bungalow and rehabbed it. We were more than just General Contractors, we did 90% of the work ourselves. It was a "down to the studs" rehab that resulted in moved walls, new electric, new plumbing, new everything; yet, we did our best to keep the original charm of the home.
Raised in Miami, Florida, graduated from University of Florida with a degree in Economics. I have been in Austin for over 20 years. In that time, I have mastered the nuances of the Austin real estate market and have also gained an understanding of all aspects of the construction process. I help my clients build wealth through real estate by being their real estate consultant. Beyond the sale, I build professional business relationships with my clients. I enjoy answering real estate questions and guiding my clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process, as needed.
