Nathalie Dave is a French bi-licensed Real Estate Advisor, affiliated with LPT Realty in Texas and Compass in California and a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), serving clients across the Houston and Los Angeles markets.
Born in Madagascar, raised in Paris, and professionally shaped in London, Nathalie brings a genuinely global perspective to real estate, one built from lived experience across three continents, not just credentials. She began her real estate journey as an investor, acquiring and managing properties in Europe before relocating to Houston in 2020 and to Los Angeles in 2026.
Her academic foundation, a Master's Degree in Finance, combined with a former career in Marketing gives her a rare dual fluency: she reads markets analytically and communicates them with clarity. Clients describe her as sharp, empathetic, and detail-oriented, with a talent for turning complex data into confident decisions.
Nathalie holds the ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) and SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) designations alongside her CIPS certification. She is trilingual in English, French, and Spanish, a meaningful advantage for international and francophone clients navigating U.S. real estate for the first time.
She works with four communities she knows intimately: francophone and international buyers relocating to the U.S.; creative professionals in music and entertainment; bicoastal families moving between Houston and Los Angeles; and women in second-act life transitions ready to invest in their next chapter.
In Houston, Nathalie is deeply familiar with The Heights, Montrose, Upper Kirby, the Galleria area, Memorial, Bellaire, West University, River Oaks, Sugar Land, Katy, Fulshear, and the broader Energy Corridor, with a particular affinity for anything near water.
She has volunteered with the United Nations and locally with the Fort Bend Junior Service League, and served on the 2025 & 2026 Houston Association of REALTORS® Global Advisory Group, developing programming for members focused on international real estate.
