A 16-year background and training in human resources allows Natalie Leal to approach real estate sales from a unique perspective. "I was trained to be in tune with people while in their work environments for the purpose of helping them achieve," Natalie observes. "It is exciting for me to now be in tune with my clients from their home environments, still with the purpose of helping them achieve as they navigate the next phase of their lives."
For Natalie, success is calculated by quality of work, quality of life, and quality of relationships built along the way; the human relations aspect of her business being the priority. She refers to herself as the "With a Purpose Realtor" to whom everyone is important and no one is without purpose. Always conscious of the goal, Natalie is highly motivated to work diligently with her most valued human relationships, her clients, to bring their transactions to a successful closing.
Natalie commits to excellence in her personal life as well. Walking 39 miles at Houston's Avon Walk for Breast Cancer resulted in her joining the Cypress Running Club, with whom she's run nine half-marathons with an additional four on the calendar for the 2016 - 2017 running season. She uses her "from the couch, to a walk, to a run" experience in her everyday outlook: "Just follow the process and it will lead to great results!"
A native Houstonian, Natalie grew up in Spring and graduated from the Spring ISD schools. She earned her BSBM degree in Houston, and continues to be a life-long learner/life-long resident of Houston's North/Northwest side. She is married and has one daughter who has opted for college life in California at San Diego State University.
