“Myself and my wife were first time home buyer in February, 2023. We contacted some realtor to guide us through the process but wasn’t satisfied with the service strategy of the two realtors we contacted. They are mostly rushing us into buying a house without giving us time to know if we really love what we see and are comfortable with the mortgage payment. I can continue to list those statements.. We visited some houses together and in each cases Naomi never put pressure on us to make a decision in a haste. She later found one for us which we all love. The first time myself and my wife visited the house, my wife just told me WE HAVE FOUND A HOUSE, LET’S GO FOR THIS. We have never regretted taking this step, with mortgage that falls within our budget. After closing, Naomi help us to pay our last rent at the apartment where we lived. She also contacted the movers on our behalf and pay for our moving. She later educated us on many aspects of mortgage management including refinancing, recast, insurance, escrow, principal, Homestead Exception etc. She did a great job and that’s why we still patronize her to date.
