“Nancy Trejo is absolutely amazing. My own realtor backed out on me after a couple of days and I was already on a very tight timeline to find a new place and so very stressed. Nancy was actually representing the person buying my house. I decided to call Nancy and I am soooo glad I did. When I wanted to see a condo a 2nd time on short notice, she didn't even hesitate and said she'd be happy to show it to me again. She always answered my calls, texts, and emails right away. I have never met an agent who works so hard for her clients. She's an excellent negotiator and really knows the business. She read the inspection reports I got done, is an excellent communicator, keeps me updated with need-to-know dates and information, and gave me a lovely gift basket on closing day. She even checked in on me a few days after to see how everything was going in my new place. Nancy is an incredibly thoughtful, professional, and skilled realtor. When I think how I only had 3 weeks to find a place to live while selling my old place, I know for sure it wouldn't have gone as smoothly had Nancy not been helping me.
