Nancy Taute

Nancy Taute has been helping clients buy and sell real estate since 2003. Her keen eye for detail and broad, do-it-yourself, entrepreneurial know-how, as well as great problem-solving skills, translates into big adventures for her clients across the greater Austin and Central Texas area. In the office, she is known as the go-to person to solve client needs. Her experience as a Seniors’ Real Estate Specialist comes in handy with helping families transition loved ones to safer living environments, whether downsizing, upsizing, or staying in place. Nancy also lives in South Central Austin and focuses on new construction and resales North and South of the river as far as Georgetown and San Marcos. Recently she has been focusing on properties in Central Austin. On a personal note, her family is always number one, especially her adorable grandchildren and grand dogs. When free time is available, Nancy and Bill enjoy traveling, listening to local music, checking out good food, and following local and global rugby and of course Aggie Football, the Texans, and the Astros.
