Becoming a Realtor in 2005 was a natural transition for Nancy, who enjoyed 11 years as a top producer in sales, marketing, and advertising for Houston radio stations. "It is important," she says, "that I cultivate trust, provide outstanding service and negotiate the best price for my clients." Nancy has earned Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designations. She has also completed a continuing education course at Rice University, “Building Your Dream Home.”
Nancy’s unique Client Care program provides her clients with access to tried-and-true professionals who can help with many aspects of home repair and remodeling. "Helping people and making a difference in their lives is why I got into real estate," says Nancy. "Being a year-round resource for my clients adds value beyond the sale of a home.” Nancy is especially adept at working with corporate clients relocating to and from Houston.
Nancy holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of Maryland. A long-time resident of Bellaire, she has lived in Houston since 1984. Nancy has been a fundraiser for Emery/Weiner School and served as chair of the school's annual giving program from 2005 to 2008, and is a member of the advisory board for Theatre Under the Stars (TUTS) for 2013-2016.. Nancy is the mother of two children including a daughter who graduated from University of Houston and a son who graduated from the University of Texas Plan II. Her hobbies include cycling, playing piano, going to theatre and traveling.
