“Nancy has worked with us in the past and love her. She is proactive in finding buyers, excellent with negotiating and follows up on all phases of the sale and inspection process. Nancy was very patient with my elderly mother who was very nervous about the sales process. She is also knowledgeable about construction and inspection problems. She has met inspectors and bidding contractors at my previous house while I worked. We had to move out before the house was sold and Nancy arranged for have the house checked regularly to eliminate worry. She uses a professional photographer and helps stage the house to make it look the best. She is the best in the business”

“Nancy is an excellent sales broker. Every broker tells you: "I'll handle your house as if it were my own" but the proof is in the doing. Nancy showed up at every house showing. It is the first time I ever saw a sales broker do that! Frankly, I didn't even think it was possible to ask them to. Nancy didn't have to be asked, she just did it. Nancy was committed to this sale from start to end: even handled a few inspections for me w/o me having to be present and one of those was an exterior inspection on a 95-degree day in June! I've never been happy paying 6%... and this is the first time I feel I can say: "my broker earned every penny of her commission" Needless to say, I'd hire Nancy again.”
